1. Our Role
AgroSentry acts solely as an introducer. It introduces prospective customers, partners and organisations to agricultural technology providers, including INFORMITON (https://informiton.com/), the owner of the SentinelX and SentinelXC technologies.
AgroSentry does not manufacture, own, supply or sell these technologies, and does not provide trials, technical support or after-sales services.

We may collect the following information that you provide to us:

Telephone and WhatsApp number
Country and location
Business, farm or organisation name
Farm size, crop type and agricultural activity
Information about pest, crop-protection, fertiliser or other agricultural challenges
Trial or product interests

Communications you send us by email, WhatsApp, social media or other channels
We may also collect technical information when you visit our website. This includes IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring source and website interaction data.

4. Agricultural Information

We use this information to understand your requirements and to pass your enquiry to the appropriate technology provider. It may also be used in aggregated or anonymised form to understand agricultural challenges and market interest.
5. SentinelX and SentinelXC
SentinelX and SentinelXC are technologies owned by INFORMITON.
If you enquire about these technologies, we will share your information with INFORMITON so it can evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Any trial, purchase, supply or support will be contracted directly between you and INFORMITON. From that point, INFORMITON will handle your information under its own privacy terms.
6. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers for website hosting, forms, communications, analytics, customer relationship management and business administration. We share information with them only where reasonably necessary for these purposes.
7. Affiliates
AgroSentry works with independent affiliates who may refer enquiries to us. If an affiliate referred you, we may share limited information with that affiliate, such as whether your enquiry progressed, We do not share your agricultural or business data with affiliates.

9. WhatsApp and Social Media
