1. Role of AgroSentry
AgroSentry, a business activity of Elm Consulting FZE (“AgroSentry”), acts solely as an introducer. It introduces INFORMITON to prospective customers, partners and government bodies, and presents information on the SentinelX and SentinelXC technologies with INFORMITON’s permission. This information is provided for introduction and evaluation purposes only.
AgroSentry is not the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, seller or agent of INFORMITON. It has no authority to negotiate or conclude contracts on INFORMITON’s behalf, or to bind INFORMITON in any way.
2. Technology Ownership and Intellectual Property
SentinelX and SentinelXC are technologies of INFORMITON. All related intellectual property, product names, trademarks, technical information, INFORMITON research, case studies and INFORMITON Shared images remain the property of INFORMITON and/or their respective rights holders.
This presentation does not grant or transfer any licence or intellectual property right. Any reproduction or distribution of proprietary material requires the permission of the relevant rights holder.
3. Source of Information
All product descriptions, technical data, research findings, performance figures, case studies, testimonials and images in this presentation were supplied by INFORMITON or derived from materials INFORMITON has authorised.
AgroSentry has not conducted the underlying technology research, trials or testing. It has not independently verified the technical claims or reported results.
4. Performance Claims and Results
Any stated benefits are subject to the supporting evidence and to the conditions under which the technologies are used. This includes benefits relating to Fall Armyworm (FAW) control, crop-yield protection, fertiliser reduction, plant health, yield improvement and cost savings.
Results may vary with crop type, location, climate, soil, pest pressure, application method and farm management. Estimates, projections and illustrative calculations are for demonstration only and are not guaranteed outcomes. Prices are also subject to change set by INFORMITION.
5. Testimonials, Case Studies and Images
The testimonials and case studies were supplied by INFORMITON and relate to real deployments and real individuals. They reflect specific circumstances and may not represent typical results. The images come from these real cases and show actual results. Some have been enhanced, cropped or arranged for presentation, but none have been altered in a way that changes the results shown.

9. Contracting, Supply and Product Responsibility
Any trial, purchase, supply, deployment or partnership will be contracted directly between INFORMITON and the customer. AgroSentry will not be a party to any such agreement.

product specifications,
quality,

application instructions,

Products must be stored, handled and applied in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, labelling and local regulations.
10. No Commitments on Behalf of INFORMITON
AgroSentry makes no representations, warranties, guarantees or commitments on behalf of INFORMITON. It assumes no obligation relating to product supply, performance, quality, safety, compliance or after-sales support.
11. Introducer Remuneration
AgroSentry may receive an introduction fee or commission from INFORMITON in connection with any resulting engagement. This fee is paid by INFORMITON and does not form part of any amount payable by the recipient.
12. Anti-Bribery and Integrity
AgroSentry conducts its activities in compliance with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. No payment, gift or inducement has been or will be offered to any public official in connection with this presentation or any resulting procurement.
13. Limitation of Responsibility
All information in this presentation has been reviewed and approved by INFORMITON before presenting. To the extent permitted by law, AgroSentry accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by INFORMITON or other third parties. It also accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on this presentation, or from any agreement between INFORMITON and the recipient.
